English chord naming labels notes with letters: A, B, C, D, E, F, G. It is the international standard notation for guitar chords. C corresponds to C major; Cm to C minor; C7 to C dominant seventh. This system is universally used on tablatures, chord diagrams and nearly all modern musical publications in pop, rock and jazz.
